Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days. If a special item has a processing time greater than 10 business days, it will be stated within the description of that item.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns or exchanges if you are unhappy with your order.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will only be issued after I have received the full return.
Exchanges can only be made for products of the same value.
Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
- Oops Items
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
